Booking & Payments

  • Ensuring all travelers have valid passports, visas, and required documentation
  • Obtaining appropriate travel insurance
  • Adhering to local laws and customs at all destinations
  • Meeting health and vaccination requirements

Limitation of Liability

Oceanique SolutioNZ acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. While we exercise due diligence in selecting suppliers, we cannot be held liable for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

Force Majeure
